About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in all phases of project execution, from planning and coordination to closeout. The role involves managing documentation, monitoring schedules and budgets, handling risk and issue tracking, and ensuring quality and compliance while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to align goals. • Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status reports. • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. • Support budget management, expense tracking, and invoice processing. • Facilitate team meetings, act as liaison, and resolve minor conflicts. • Conduct quality inspections and implement control processes. • Procure materials, equipment, and services; manage resource allocation. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. • Support client engagement and assist with project closeout documentation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 5–7 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management. • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
