About the Role

The Senior Mechanical Technical Specialist role contributes to engineering projects under the guidance of a licensed engineer, collaborating across disciplines and, when needed, leading other technical specialists. This position plays a key part in delivering efficient, resilient, and innovative building systems that define the future of the built environment. • Perform engineering assignments under the supervision of a licensed engineer. • Design tasks requiring evaluation, selection, and application of engineering techniques. • Produce design drawings and construction documents using CAD and other software. • Prepare design and quantity calculations and specifications. • Generate contract documents and other assigned duties. • Coordinate with other disciplines and, when needed, lead other Technical Specialists.

We combine mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil expertise to solve complex design challenges with precision, creativity, and collaboration. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred). • Possess an Associate’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in the supported discipline. • Demonstrated hands‑on proficiency with discipline‑specific computer applications. • Extensive knowledge of industry standards for the discipline. • Ability to work effectively in multi‑disciplinary environments. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills.
