About the Role

The role provides administrative support for projects, handling tasks such as proposal and project registration, invoicing setup, and coordination of resources. You will use ECS systems to manage project paperwork, documentation, schedules, and budgets, while interacting with staff members on various initiatives. Attendance at project meetings with senior staff and assistance in resolving administrative issues are also required. Communication with clients and external team members will be performed as needed. • Assist with project administrative tasks such as proposal registration, invoicing setup, and resource coordination. • Utilize ECS systems to manage project paperwork, schedules, and budgets. • Collaborate with staff and attend meetings with senior personnel to resolve administrative issues. • Communicate with clients and external team members as required. • Prepare invoices and support collection efforts. • Prioritize daily tasks in consultation with supervisor. • Begin learning project and contract management, including budget handling and change orders.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor of Business or related field preferred, and a valid driver’s license if driving for an ECS subsidiary. Required skills include strong oral and written communication, limited project management and contract administration experience, and proficiency with MS Office. The ideal applicant is dependable, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within teams. • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Valid driver’s license needed for driving on behalf of ECS subsidiaries. • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Limited project management and contract administration experience. • Dependable, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking to meet deadlines. • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently. • Limited decision‑making authority.
