About the Role

What You Bring

We have an immediate opportunity requiring a highly skilled Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist. The ideal candidate will hold a Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification and have experience ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards in construction or facilities projects. Candidates must possess a CQM certification (Construction Quality Management for Contractors – USACE/NAVFAC or equivalent) and proven QA/QC experience in construction or government projects. They need a strong understanding of federal quality standards, the ability to work on‑site in Norfolk several days a week, and excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience with Veterans Affairs projects or similar federal contracts, as well as familiarity with QA/QC binders and documentation processes, is preferred. • Hold a CQM certification (USACE/NAVFAC or equivalent). • Demonstrated QA/QC experience in construction or government projects. • Strong knowledge of federal quality standards and compliance. • Ability to work on‑site in Norfolk, VA multiple days weekly. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Preferred: experience with Veterans Affairs or similar federal contracts. • Preferred: familiarity with QA/QC binders and documentation processes.

Competitive pay for this role ranges from $110,500 to $130,000, subject to factors such as location, experience, collective bargaining agreements, and market rates. The company will not pay less than minimum wage. • Eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time off. • Competitive salary range $110,500–$130,000, based on location, experience, and other factors.
