About the Role

The superintendent will oversee daily field operations, coordinate equipment commissioning, and serve as the primary liaison between the construction team, builders, and inspection authorities. The company participates in E‑Verify and offers assistance for accommodation requests during the job application process. • Manage scheduling, installation, punch, and inspection processes for all construction phases. • Plan and coordinate equipment commissioning and warranty repairs. • Oversee daily activities of subcontractors, technicians, and helpers. • Collaborate with the Area Manager to address builder relations and subcontractor concerns. • Ensure job quality and compliance with applicable codes. • Build and maintain positive relationships with builders, trades, and inspection authorities. • Prepare and submit accurate material take‑off worksheets for each project stage. • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent for our Grapevine, Texas location. This role offers growth potential within a supportive, team‑oriented environment. The position requires no formal education, but candidates must have 2–4 years of new‑construction residential HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass safety training, background checks, and drug testing. A Tradesman License is required, and an EPA certification is preferred. • Maintain current knowledge of municipal codes and ordinances. • 2–4 years experience in new‑construction residential HVAC. • Required Tradesman License; EPA certification preferred. • Valid driver’s license. • Pass safety training, background checks, and drug testing. • Physically capable of demanding tasks and work at heights. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
