About the Role
The Security Supervisor will lead the Loss Prevention team, ensuring safety and security across the resort. Responsibilities include supervising associates, responding to incidents, training staff on emergency procedures and security protocols, providing basic first-aid instruction, developing theft-prevention policies, maintaining accurate security reports, and complying with OSHA regulations while adhering to attendance standards. • Supervise, schedule, and support Loss Prevention Associates • Respond to incidents and accidents, completing reports and statements • Train Loss Prevention staff on emergency fire procedures, lock systems, security response, use of force, video cameras, and escort procedures • Provide basic First Aid, CPR, evacuation, fire, and disaster training to resort staff • Develop and enforce policies to deter employee theft • Complete daily security reports and maintain SDS labeling and records • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations • Maintain regular attendance per company standards

What You Bring
Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of security, law-enforcement, or military experience, and one year of related work experience. A valid D driver’s license is required, and additional credentials such as a Certified Lodging Security Officer or an associate degree in hospitality are preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum 6 months security, law‑enforcement, or military experience • At least 1 year related job experience • Valid D driver's license • (Preferred) Certified Lodging Security Officer with 3+ years experience • (Preferred) Associate degree or equivalent experience in hotel/hospitality
