About the Role
The role sits within the Transport team, responsible for providing traffic management according to code, meeting legal and contractual requirements, running the traffic management crew, maintaining sites, and delivering timelines. It involves a rostered shift pattern Monday to Sunday, including day and night work, and is a full‑time permanent position with a guaranteed 40‑hour week in the Auckland region.

What You Bring
Ventia is currently seeking experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to join their team in Henderson or Penrose, as part of a leading infrastructure services business shaping New Zealand’s future. • Relevant Site Traffic Management Qualification (STMS Level 1/CAT AB). • Valid Class 2 driver’s licence preferred and reasonable computer literacy. • Physically fit, willing to work early hours and in various weather conditions. • Hold a minimum Class 1 full licence. • Must hold a minimum STMS Cat A practising qualification. • Genuine care for personal safety and the safety of others. • Positive attitude and strong team‑player mindset. • Ability to lead setup of temporary sites for safe work environments.
