About the Role
The role translates DP World’s strategic objectives into revenue‑generating, customer‑facing products. It involves competitive benchmark analysis, interpreting customer surveys and quantitative data, and forming sound judgments on product and feature investments. The holder will champion product ideas with senior business leaders, build trusting relationships, and guide junior product managers to integrate features across technology, sales, operations, finance and commercial teams. They will convert high‑level requirements into detailed technical specifications, drive engineering execution, and design rollout strategies for releases, while authoring business cases, ROI analyses and user stories. Success is measured by product launch performance, iterative improvement, and clear product positioning created with the marketing team. The role also requires acting as an ambassador for DP World’s values, ensuring safety, ethical conduct, and fostering cross‑functional communication across locations. • Conduct competitive benchmark analysis and interpret customer survey data to guide product investments. • Translate DP World’s strategic objectives into new revenue‑driving, customer‑facing products. • Socialize product concepts with senior business leaders and build trusting stakeholder relationships. • Delegate tasks to junior product managers and ensure holistic feature integration across functions. • Convert high‑level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and unblock engineering teams. • Define and execute rollout strategies for new features, releases, and products. • Write business cases, perform ROI calculations, and prioritize user stories for development cycles. • Partner with marketing to craft product positioning, benefit statements, and customer‑facing collateral. • Measure product launch performance and iterate based on results. • Focus on delivering business value rather than isolated features, leveraging market and competitor insights. • Facilitate cross‑functional communication and decision‑making across multiple locations. • Serve as a DP World ambassador, upholding Founder’s Principles, safety standards, and Code of Conduct.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or technology (MBA with supply‑chain or ecommerce is a plus), 14‑15 years total experience with 9‑10 years in technology product management, preferably in international trade, ecommerce or logistics. Candidates must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong problem‑solving, quantitative analysis, excellent communication, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for world‑class customer experiences. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or technology (MBA with supply‑chain/e‑commerce preferred). • Possess 14‑15 years total experience, including 9‑10 years in product management within technology, trade, ecommerce or logistics. • Demonstrate strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, strong problem‑solving, and excellent oral and written communication. • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, tenacity to develop ideas independently, and passion for world‑class customer experiences.
