About the Role
Under general supervision, the Service Scheduler coordinates customer service requests from initiation through completion, maximizing technical productivity and profitability by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians with guidance from team leads. Key duties include assigning inspections to the most suitable technician based on skills, territory, customer preference and urgency; communicating and resolving scheduling issues with customers and personnel; monitoring branch activity and compliance, identifying improvement areas, and implementing corrective action plans; and ensuring work meets customer expectations through follow‑up and daily reconciliation of service requests. Additional responsibilities involve creating labor and material quotations, maintaining long‑term relationships with customers and subcontractors, supporting business review meetings, billing, customer retention, warranty claim administration, and guiding Customer Service Agent Assistants as needed. • Coordinate and schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion. • Assign inspections to optimal technicians based on skill set, territory, customer preference, and urgency. • Communicate with customers and field personnel to resolve scheduling issues and set expectations. • Monitor branch performance, ensure compliance with program initiatives, and implement corrective actions. • Reconcile daily service requests and maintain accurate customer account information. • Create labor and material quotations and support billing and warranty claim processes. • Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with customers and subcontractors. • Participate in business review meetings, providing profitability and satisfaction data. • Guide and prioritize activities of Customer Service Agent Assistants as needed.

What You Bring
