The Radio Technician II stays current with technical theory and operational discipline, supporting key projects and providing daily updates to senior staff. Collaboration with team members, rigorous attention to customer experience, and rapid adaptation to change are essential. The role also involves sharing ideas to improve efficiency, solving problems, and continuously learning both theory and advanced applications related to the radio access network and transport. Ideal candidates prioritize safety, demonstrate high‑quality workmanship, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving. Required experience includes at least three years in wireless telecommunications and a two‑year technical degree or equivalent military training. Candidates must be able to read site plans, possess solid communication and Microsoft Office skills, understand RF and circuit theory, hold a valid driver’s license, and show flexibility, creativity, self‑motivation, basic leadership, and strong attention to detail. • Adapt quickly to change and understand the broader project picture. • Minimum 3+ years wireless telecom experience and a 2‑year technical/vocational degree (or military equivalent). • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of RF engineering, radio‑frequency theory, electricity, electronics, and interconnecting circuits (T1, T3, microwave radio). • Valid driver’s license and compliance with company motor‑vehicle policy. • Demonstrated safety focus, high‑quality workmanship, problem‑solving aptitude, and flexibility in dynamic environments. • Self‑motivated with initiative, basic leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
