About the Role

The job scope includes installing heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems, performing system replacements, and setting up HVAC components such as furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and thermostats. Installers must read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications, fabricate and install ductwork to meet code requirements, conduct system startups, testing, and adjustments, troubleshoot onsite issues, and communicate clearly with homeowners, supervisors, and team members. • Install and replace HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and thermostats. • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications. • Fabricate, layout, and install ductwork to meet code requirements. • Perform system startups, testing, adjustments, and troubleshoot installation issues onsite. • Communicate effectively with homeowners, supervisors, and team members.

What You Bring

Requirements include a minimum of two years of HVAC installation experience, residential experience, familiarity with local mechanical codes and installation standards, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and successful completion of a drug screen and background check. • Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience. • Knowledge of local mechanical codes and installation standards. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and pass drug screening and background check.
