About the Role

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager for Enterprise Sales Teams at ServiceTitan will act as the strategic architect behind the success of the company’s most complex sales groups. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this high‑visibility role partners directly with General Managers and Executive Leadership to turn business goals into field excellence. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to enterprise sales leaders, optimizing the time‑to‑productivity for new Account Executives, designing forward‑thinking competency and certification programs, and leading go‑to‑market execution for product launches. The manager also diagnoses performance gaps through scorecard analysis, develops coaching frameworks, optimizes the tech stack for data‑driven insights, and builds career‑progression learning paths for top talent. In practice, the role translates ambiguous executive directives into scalable programs, playbooks, and processes, while deep‑diving into call recordings, deal reviews, and AE interviews to uncover root causes of performance issues. Acting as the "glue" between Product, Marketing, and Sales, the manager ensures the enterprise team can sell value, not just features, and drives end‑to‑end success from strategy to detailed CRM workflow cleanup and coaching deck creation. • Partner with enterprise sales leaders to align enablement with revenue targets • Optimize onboarding to accelerate new AE productivity • Design competency and certification programs for subject‑matter expertise • Lead go‑to‑market execution for product launches with messaging and tools • Analyze performance metrics to identify and close systemic gaps • Develop coaching frameworks for managers and scalable programs for ICs • Enhance CRM, LMS, and conversational intelligence for data‑driven insights • Create career‑progression learning paths to retain top talent • Translate high‑level directives into scalable programs and playbooks • Conduct deep‑dive problem solving using call recordings and deal reviews • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives between Product, Marketing, and Sales • Manage the full lifecycle of enablement programs with agile iteration

What You Bring

Candidates must bring six or more years of sales enablement or sales leadership experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS environments, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales motions such as MEDDPICC and C‑suite navigation. Strong executive presence, data‑driven decision‑making, agility in fast‑paced settings, and a BA/BS degree are required, while experience in the Home Services industry is a distinct plus. • 6+ years sales enablement or leadership experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS • Expertise in enterprise sales motions (long cycles, MEDDPICC, C‑suite) • Exceptional executive communication and influence skills • Data‑driven mindset translating metrics into actionable strategies • Proven agility in fast‑paced environments balancing strategy and tactics • BA/BS required; Home Services industry experience a plus

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $104,500 to $139,700 in the United States, supplemented by an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
