About the Role
The HRIS Analyst role is a knowledgeable, detail‑oriented position responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Human Resource Information System. The analyst ensures accurate HR data, system reliability, and compliance while delivering technical expertise to support HR operations, system enhancements, and business acquisitions. Collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and third‑party providers is essential to maintain system integrity and support end users. Key duties include administering the HRIS, troubleshooting issues, developing reports, conducting data audits, identifying process improvements, providing training, leading system implementations, and serving as the technical lead for acquisitions. The analyst also acts as a subject‑matter expert across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, workforce management, integrations, and related HCM areas, while maintaining comprehensive documentation. • Administer and maintain the HRIS, including updates, configurations, data integrity, and user access. • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS‑related issues, escalating complex matters as needed. • Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and third‑party providers to ensure proper system integrations and data transfers. • Develop and maintain standard and ad‑hoc reports for internal stakeholders. • Conduct regular data audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies. • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to boost HR efficiency. • Work with HR teams to roll out system and process changes and drive successful adoption. • Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and end users on HRIS functionality. • Lead implementation of new HRIS features, modules, and upgrades, including planning, testing, and deployment. • Participate in cross‑functional project teams supporting HR initiatives and system enhancements. • Serve as technical lead for business acquisitions, handling configuration, onboarding, and post‑integration audits. • Act as subject‑matter expert across HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Integrations, Forms, XML, Workflows, Talent, Development, and Compensation. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and user guides.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) and have at least two years of HRIS‑focused experience, preferably with Dayforce. Required skills include strong technical knowledge of HR systems, excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities, proficiency with common software tools, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating across teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HRIS‑focused role. • Proven working knowledge of Dayforce. • Strong technical skills and solid understanding of HR systems and processes. • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram‑based instructions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with email, spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation software. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
