• Lead Project Controls performance across commissions. • Design and implement PMO and Controls frameworks. • Direct clients, consultants, contractors and teams. • Build strong client partnerships and trust. • Provide expert advice on cost, schedule, risk and reporting. • Drive governance, reporting and performance meetings. • Manage baselines, delivery performance and change control. • Champion net zero carbon transition in delivery. • Create opportunity – champion continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.
