About the Role
The Operator III prepares machines for shift start‑up or product changes, operates auxiliary equipment, and troubleshoots equipment to meet production and quality goals. Core duties include monitoring processing equipment, ensuring quality specifications, training other operators, handling material logistics, updating shop floor systems, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in safety and continuous improvement activities. • Prepare machines for shift start‑up and product changes. • Operate auxiliary and material‑handling equipment to produce various products. • Monitor processing equipment and perform troubleshooting with minimal supervision. • Use measuring tools to verify that quality specifications are met. • Train and assist lower‑level operators; support higher‑level operators as needed. • Update the shop floor management system and flag equipment malfunctions. • Conduct basic preventive maintenance on production equipment. • Inspect workstation supply levels, transport materials, and alert supervisors when reorders are needed. • Identify raw material types and part numbers, and communicate any shortages. • Test, inspect, and record product quality data; manage non‑conforming items. • Isolate or rework items that fail to meet quality standards. • Participate in 6S activities, workshops, meetings, and cross‑functional training.

What You Bring
Candidates must have basic literacy and arithmetic, manual dexterity, the ability to follow work orders and blueprints, strong communication skills, and a positive, quality‑focused attitude.
