About the Role
• Perform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipment. • Answer incoming calls, provide information, forward calls, and take messages. • File and maintain written and electronic records; log deliveries in a computer database. • Prepare daily outbound deliveries and materials for design and construction meetings. • Record and update meeting minutes for various site meetings. • Procure consumable materials and office supplies. • Assist Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and craft worker timecard entry. • Provide general support to the project team and schedule, track, and log truck repairs and maintenance. • Provide maps and directions to visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, and new employees. • Log applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet.

What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant who can interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, resourceful, proactive, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The role can be performed independently with minimal supervision. This position requires 100 % travel with no rotation schedule, and the company does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
