About the Role
The role requires preparing debt and equity offering memoranda, managing graphic design elements, sizing debt, building Excel and Argus financial models, gathering due‑diligence materials, creating pro‑forma statements, researching market feasibility, reviewing real‑estate documents, generating weekly status reports, compiling lender and investor bids, maintaining contact lists, and assisting brokers through the closing process. • Prepare professionally written debt and equity offering memoranda with financial projections and market analysis. • Manage graphic design of memoranda, creating tables, graphs, charts and technical summaries. • Conduct debt sizing to evaluate financing options for each transaction. • Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and Argus for valuation and pricing. • Collect and evaluate due‑diligence information, ensuring timely client responses. • Develop pro‑forma statements and cash‑flow projections reflecting historical performance and market conditions. • Research and assess market feasibility to articulate asset narratives. • Review leases, operating statements, rent rolls, loan documents and appraisals for inconsistencies. • Generate weekly written reports on marketing program status for senior brokers. • Compile lender and investor bids into detailed quote matrices. • Maintain and update lists of potential lenders, investors and contacts for marketing efforts. • Respond to lender inquiries and assist brokers in transaction closings by following checklists.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate or a related field (MBA or master’s a plus) and have 0‑3 years of commercial real‑estate financial analysis or finance experience. Desired skills include strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, advanced Excel/Argus proficiency, excellent written communication, time‑management, teamwork, and the capacity to handle multiple high‑volume transactions under tight deadlines. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate or related field; MBA preferred. • Possess 0‑3 years of commercial real‑estate financial analysis or finance experience. • Demonstrate strong analytical, written communication, time‑management and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel; Argus experience preferred. • Ability to work extended hours, including occasional weekends, to meet deadlines.
