Intern, Program & Data Analyst

About the Role

The position reports to the Services Program Manager, APAC, and is a key contributing member who will provide exceptional support to program manage various APAC Service growth initiatives and platforms, track, analyze and communicate performance to internal and external stakeholders. You will support the development, launch, and activation of Services Growth Initiatives and Programs by working closely with APAC and market service leaders, track, report, and analyze individual country performance on growth initiatives, and facilitate problem solving as needed. You will also support the execution of a best‑in‑class program management plan, including enabling cadence planning, impact capturing, and problem solving. You will facilitate discussions to identify and resolve root‑cause issues on under‑performing KPIs, regularly track and report progress on remediation actions, and provide value‑added analytics using tools like Excel and Power BI to help APAC and country service leadership make informed business decisions that drive services growth. Design and implement impactful BI tools with Power BI to analyze market activities, extract leading indicators, and support strategic decision‑making, while also building simulation models to analyze seasonal trends, regional dynamics, and enable accurate revenue forecasting and operational capacity planning. • Support development, launch, and activation of APAC Services Growth Initiatives. • Track, report, and analyze country‑level performance and facilitate problem solving. • Execute program management plans, including cadence planning and impact capture. • Analyze KPI root causes and monitor remediation actions. • Provide analytics using Excel, Power BI, and create BI tools for strategic insights. • Build simulation models for revenue forecasting and capacity planning.

What You Bring
