About the Role
In this role you will build rapport and trust with potential customers, generating free consultation appointments for the outside sales department. You will field inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to cultivate growth opportunities. What You Bring
The ideal candidate has experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment, with prior roles in confirmation, appointment setting, or dispatch preferred. Familiarity with Five9, tech‑savvy data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRMs is a plus, along with weekend availability. Strong communication, confidence with prospects, multitasking ability, positivity, flexibility, determination, a persuasive personality, high energy, attention to detail, and self‑motivation are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • Experience in call handling, appointment setting or dispatch required • Tech‑savvy with Five9, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms • Weekend availability and strong communication skills required • High school diploma or equivalent
