About the Role

Key duties include direct project supervision, maintaining quality control, meeting project schedules, efficiently allocating resources, and communicating status to both management and clients. The PM also develops project specifications and implements practices that achieve defined objectives for client and management satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining working knowledge of utility company policies, understanding line construction and maintenance, and possessing a solid grasp of the National Electric Safety Code and related hazards. Confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information is strictly required. Engineering staff at Pike engage in transmission and distribution, substations, smart‑meter technologies, renewable energy, telecommunications, storm‑damage assessment, and more, ensuring essential services remain reliable. • Lead project supervision and workflow to meet schedule and quality targets • Utilize resources efficiently to maximize return on investment • Communicate project status to management and clients • Develop specifications and implement practices to satisfy client objectives • Maintain knowledge of utility policies, line construction, and safety codes • Negotiate, make decisions, and provide leadership to teams • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

The role requires at least an associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant communications or distribution experience.
