About the Role
The Maintenance HVAC Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing assigned HVAC and refrigeration equipment, chilled water systems, boilers, and various mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The goal is to eliminate system downtime and ensure optimal client relations. • Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, and boiler systems. • Service mechanical, electrical, and building systems to prevent downtime. • Maintain optimal client relations through reliable system performance. • Participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E‑Verify program.
