About the Role
The Wellness Nurse (LPN) reports to the community’s Health and Wellness Director (RN) and provides direct nursing care with a focus on holistic wellness. In addition to resident care, the role includes supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and overseeing daily nursing activities. • Monitor health, safety, and well‑being of all residents. • Assist in training and monitoring medication administration. • Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies. • Maintain clinical quality assurance per federal, state, and local standards. • Promote high‑level service and demonstrate the company mission. • Conduct thorough resident assessments.

What You Bring
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a current LPN license. • Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings (preferred). • Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias. • Ability to multitask effectively. • Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations and wellness practices. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new computer applications. • Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 lb and perform required movements using proper body mechanics.

This position is non‑exempt, part‑time or per‑diem, scheduled on weekdays with alternating weekends, and offers an hourly rate of $36‑$38.
