About the Role

As a Field Specialist you will set up, monitor, and operate multiple machines, ensure safety and on‑time delivery, and perform quality‑assurance activities to meet manufacturing, engineering, and ISO standards. You will conduct safety and risk assessments, assist with rig‑up and rig‑down of coiled‑tubing equipment, and carry out pre‑job inspections, function tests, and pressure testing. During operations you will monitor pump rates, tubing depth, weight, and well parameters, mix and pump fluids, chemicals or nitrogen, and maintain equipment to operational status while adhering to all safety procedures. • Set up, monitor, and operate multiple machines to ensure safety and on‑time delivery. • Perform quality‑assurance checks complying with manufacturing, engineering, and ISO standards. • Conduct safety and risk assessments and implement preventive measures. • Assist with rig‑up and rig‑down of coiled‑tubing equipment at wellsites. • Execute pre‑job inspections, function tests, and pressure testing of equipment. • Monitor pump rates, tubing depth, weight, and well parameters during operations. • Mix and pump fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required by the job program. • Prepare and maintain base equipment, performing testing and necessary maintenance. • Adhere to all operational and safety procedures and processes. • Operate coiled‑tubing units, injector heads, reels, control consoles, and pressure control equipment (BOP, stripper, lubricator).

What You Bring

The role requires at minimum a high‑school diploma and at least two years’ experience operating nitrogen pumps, coiled‑tubing equipment, and coil units. Experience with rig‑up/rig‑down, fluid mixing, and the ability to operate injector heads, reels, control consoles, and pressure control gear such as BOPs is essential. Candidates must be diligent, able to work shifts under pressure, and capable of initiating maintenance requests for major equipment breakdowns. • Hold at least a high‑school diploma and two years’ experience operating nitrogen pumps and coiled‑tubing equipment. • Demonstrate reliability, ability to work shifts under pressure, and initiate maintenance requests for equipment breakdowns.
