About the Role

The Engineer role on the AT&T account involves operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity, while supporting safe and energy‑efficient practices. • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment for efficiency and longevity • Maintain equipment in an energy‑efficient, safe manner and minimize downtime through proactive repairs • Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting • Focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment systems • Execute preventive and corrective work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, building interiors/exteriors, grounds, and production equipment • Study equipment and proper usage methods, including building automation, fire/life safety, and related systems • Conduct facility inspections and due‑diligence reporting on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations • Complete hazard assessments as needed • Comply with safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and propose hazard elimination methods • Maintain compliance with state, county, and city ordinances, codes, and laws • Complete all required safety trainings on schedule • Comply with site‑based vaccination requirements for on‑site attendance • Submit P‑card receipts daily • Update work order status in real time • Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed • Escalate problems to customers and managers promptly • Attend required work and safety meetings • Work in adverse conditions such as extreme cold or heat • Drive for long periods and climb ladders up to 30 ft with a 300 lb limit while carrying tools

What You Bring

• Demonstrate expertise in one craft area and be multi‑skilled in others to complete daily/weekly assignments • Practice defensive driving at all times • Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum four years of technical building‑engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment • Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration/HVAC, plumbing, or related crafts (preferred) • Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days) • Possess a valid state driver’s license and perform vehicle safety inspections • Knowledge of overall system design and applications • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel (preferred) • Lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights • Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and working overhead • Be available for on‑call work and perform additional duties as required
