About the Role

The role involves operating high‑speed stamping presses and banded‑pack auxiliary equipment to produce metal connector plates and steel components using both manual and automated packaging processes. Quality awareness and accurate production reporting are critical responsibilities. Key duties include meeting or exceeding daily production goals, reporting any machine malfunctions to mechanics or supervisors, and assisting mechanics to maintain equipment operation. The employee also manually packs finished parts, marks steel lot numbers on shipping containers, and strives to keep product waste to a minimum while maintaining consistent attendance, including overtime when required. • Operate high‑speed stamping press and banded‑pack equipment with manual and automated packaging. • Meet or exceed daily production targets while minimizing waste. • Report equipment malfunctions and assist mechanics to keep machinery operational. • Manually pack metal connector plates and steel components, labeling steel lot numbers on containers. • Maintain consistent attendance, including overtime as needed. • Participate in 401(k) matching, profit sharing, short‑ and long‑term disability, and life insurance.

What You Bring

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and one to three months of related experience. Strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and the ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions are essential.
