About the Role
The Inventory Coordinator manages the efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor, ensuring that materials are available when needed. The role provides top‑level customer service to the Production team and ensures on‑time, accurate delivery of parts to each line. The coordinator hires, trains, and manages staff, communicating expectations and enforcing company policies. Inventory organization is evaluated for optimal space utilization, and all required parts are supplied to Manufacturing promptly. Daily tasks include sorting, staging, labeling, and placing products in correct bin locations, as well as conducting forklift inspections, rejecting damaged goods, and logging non‑conforming items. • Oversee inventory flow from warehouse to production floor. • Deliver parts promptly and accurately to production lines. • Hire, train, and manage staff while enforcing policies. • Optimize inventory layout for space efficiency. • Conduct daily forklift inspections and reject damaged goods. • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. • Ensure proper labeling and bin placement of items.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. AAON Forklift Certification is required to operate equipment safely. The position demands strong leadership, effective written and verbal communication, and excellent interpersonal skills. The individual must be confident, decisive, and capable of multitasking while maintaining outstanding organization. Teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment are essential. The job requires lifting up to 50 lb and sitting or standing for up to 95 percent of the workday. Employees must be able to work in seasonal hot and cold temperatures, tolerating dust and occasional chemical fume exposure. • Meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb and standing for most of the shift. • Possess a high school diploma/GED and AAON forklift certification. • Demonstrate leadership, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
