Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Our property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily unit inspections are performed to verify inventory and availability, and cash drawers are audited with bank deposits prepared. Managers also keep customers current on payments and make reminder or collection calls as needed. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and handle payment collections • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors • Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities, including outdoor environments, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris are also part of the job. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between work locations, with mileage reimbursement available. • Prior experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales (retail, restaurant, etc.)
