About the Role
The Scheduler ensures that projects are completed on time by managing schedules, resources, and milestones. This role oversees overall timeline coordination, monitors progress, and collaborates with employees, suppliers, and clients to keep the project on track. • Create and maintain a high‑level master schedule integrating CPM and subcontractor plans. • Track critical activities and changes to the critical path. • Monitor program milestones and interdependencies. • Analyze delays using industry‑accepted methodologies and report schedule impacts. • Identify project risks and conduct impact analysis for the project team. • Manage cost resource loading and support cost management in scheduling. • Develop alternatives to recover schedule slippage and negotiate claim adjustments. • Document schedule changes and provide progress summaries to stakeholders. • Maintain current, standardized job files and documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field and have at least three years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls, preferably on multi‑year heavy/civil projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and strong communication skills are required. ACCIONA values diversity and inclusion, inviting applicants of all backgrounds to apply. • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum three years of project scheduling or construction management experience. • Experience on multi‑year heavy/civil projects preferred. • Ability to interpret contract specifications, drawings, and procedures. • Proficiency in Primavera Project Management 6.0 and Microsoft Office (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel). • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills. • Understanding of construction logic, sequencing, and SEO concepts.
