About the Role

The M-Force Assembler contributes to the production of Power Systems' M-Force Three-Phase Switch line by applying relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role upholds standards of quality, production, and safety while complying with company policies and collaborating with the team to meet daily goals. Safety is a core responsibility, requiring strict adherence to all safety policies, job safety analyses, proper personal protective equipment, and production attire. The assembler must ensure the work cell is safe for coworkers and promptly report any safety concerns to a supervisor or manager, while also maintaining general shop cleanliness and 5S housekeeping. Working under limited supervision, the assembler plans and requisitions materials, sets up and operates various operations, and coordinates run sequences to assemble polymer or porcelain three‑phase switches according to standard work instructions. Tasks are performed from drawings, prints, work orders, or operation descriptions, with any product or quality issues reported immediately to management. • Follow all safety policies, JSA procedures, and wear required PPE • Report safety hazards immediately to supervisor or manager • Maintain general shop cleanliness and 5S/industrial housekeeping • Plan, requisition materials, and set up equipment for switch assembly • Operate and coordinate run sequences for polymer and porcelain switches • Read and interpret drawings, prints, work orders, and operation descriptions • Notify supervisor of any product or quality issues promptly • Operate forklift safely and efficiently • Support a team environment and flex between work cells as required

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, reside within 50 miles of the work location (unless active‑duty military), and have at least one year of production experience. Additional requirements include forklift operation, blueprint reading, the ability to lift 50 pounds, basic math and tape‑measure skills, clear communication of problems, and flexibility to support team needs across work cells. • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed • Perform basic math calculations and use a tape measure accurately • Communicate problems clearly and concisely to management • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent • Reside within 50 miles of the work location (except active‑duty military) • Provide at least one year of production experience
