About the Role
The technician will handle a variety of routine and emergency maintenance tasks to keep the community in excellent condition, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term preservation plans. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties. • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks. • Complete service requests promptly. • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program. • Maintain company safety standards.
