About the Role
As an ARMO Mechanic you will perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs). You will follow established procedures, troubleshoot equipment issues, interpret technical documents, use measurement tools, and keep accurate records to deliver reliable outcomes. • Perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Electrical Submersible Pumps. • Follow pre-defined procedures and quality standards. • Assist in incident investigations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues. • Enhance maintenance processes, documentation, and quality. • Oversee pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance for safety and reliability. • Operate and troubleshoot production machines to ensure reliability, safety, and delivery. • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints, and parts lists, following maintenance practices. • Use measurement and gauging equipment to solder and assemble mechanical devices. • Follow internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance. • Maintain assembly records and communications to meet regulatory requirements. • Read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

What You Bring
• Hold a technical diploma/associate degree in a mechanical field (preferred) or ≥2 years relevant industry experience. • Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use standard tools. • Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement processes.
