About the Role
As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex mechanical engineering projects. You will apply your extensive technical expertise to design, develop, and implement advanced mechanical systems and solutions. This role involves project management, innovation, and mentorship of junior engineers, ensuring that engineering projects meet all technical, quality, and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include providing expert guidance on complex engineering problems, utilizing advanced tools such as FEA and CFD, driving innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, methods, and materials, and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff. You will also conduct periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations. • Lead and oversee complex mechanical engineering projects for data centers and critical facilities. • Design, develop, and implement advanced mechanical systems using FEA, CFD, and other analysis tools. • Provide expert guidance on complex engineering challenges and drive technology innovation. • Mentor junior engineers, conduct training, and perform employee evaluations.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Our team is looking for a candidate with significant Principal Mechanical Engineer experience, specifically with Data Center or Critical Facilities projects. Candidates must have previously handled multiple data center projects and possess expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and simulation tools. • Require BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years consulting experience in the MEP industry. • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple data center projects. • Proficient in mechanical design, analysis, and simulation software.
