About the Role
• Read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures. • Ensure contractor compliance with standards via observation, measurements, testing, and QA tracking. • Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment. • Conduct site supervision and inspections as directed by Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer. • Document contractor personnel, equipment, activities, locations, reasons, and methods. • Report material deliveries and implement site instructions from leadership. • Apply and enforce site quality controls and procedures. • Perform required site measurements and surveying checks. • Inspect to verify conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements. • Monitor construction health and safety and report violations.
