About the Role
The Operations Manager reports to executive and regional leadership and assists in developing and implementing the BURG business plan. The role represents the assigned BURG on the Regional Leadership Team, is accountable for achieving BURG SQP goals and profit targets, leads project teams, contributes to company‑wide initiatives, develops co‑workers, and supports regional business development and planning while maintaining safety standards. • Develop and implement the assigned BURG business plan. • Lead project teams to achieve specific project goals. • Ensure business goals and profit targets are met. • Direct and oversee staff within the assigned region. • Manage project and BURG safety and risk processes, ensuring a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certification programs.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with 15 years of construction experience, or 20 years of construction experience with 10 years in business management. • Travel up to 25% as needed.
