About the Role

What You Bring
The Senior Graphic Designer will join the Americas Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) at Cushman & Wakefield, where they will develop marketing materials that showcase and promote properties available for lease. The role requires strong graphic design skills and a solid understanding of the commercial‑real‑estate sector. The individual must demonstrate a strategic mindset, overseeing production, quality control, and workflow efficiency, and communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and leadership. They will present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind creative choices and promoting best practices and current design trends. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least five years of professional graphic‑design experience, and be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Webflow and Figma. Strong time‑management, organizational, and communication skills, along with a diverse portfolio of branding, marketing collateral, web design, and property‑marketing work, are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; experienced with Webflow and Figma. • Work efficiently and independently in a high‑volume environment. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization. • Communicate effectively in oral and written forms. • Self‑motivated yet collaborative, taking initiative in team settings. • Present a strong portfolio spanning branding, marketing collateral, web design, and property materials.

Compensation for this role ranges from $69,700 to $82,000, with variations based on location, experience, and other eligibility factors, and the company adheres to minimum‑wage requirements.
