About the Role
The Logistics Clerk coordinates and expedites the movement of materials, parts, and assemblies, setting and communicating delivery deadlines while verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. The role also involves maintaining records, stamping identification information on containers, and arranging material distribution upon arrival to support customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inventory with relevant departments, recording receipts, movements, and kitting in SAP, notifying material inspectors, handling put‑aways, and updating inventory records. The clerk conducts visual inspections to confirm that receipts meet physical standards and paperwork requirements, and maintains equipment movement documentation. The position requires safe operation of sit‑down and reach forklifts, collaboration with team members to ensure timely and accurate transfer of goods, and routine equipment inspections and maintenance. • Coordinate and expedite movement of materials, parts, and assemblies. • Establish and communicate delivery deadlines; verify shipment accuracy. • Maintain records, stamp identification on containers, and process receipts in SAP. • Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications. • Operate sit‑down and reach forklifts safely; perform routine equipment maintenance. • Manage inventory tracking, replenishment, and kitting of supplies. • Collaborate with departments and team members to ensure timely distribution.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift heavy objects, forklift certification, basic Microsoft Excel skills, and U.S. citizenship.
