Job Highlights
About the Role
Inspectors conduct routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, and suppression life‑safety product lines as well as comparable manufacturers’ products. They test and inspect fire alarm systems for both existing and new customers, maintain accurate documentation using company tools, and follow verbal and written instructions while adhering to safety policies. The role requires carrying equipment up to 70 lb, working in unusual positions such as ladders, scaffolding, or high‑lift equipment, and being flexible to work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs. All duties must be performed safely, professionally, and with a clean work area. • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems • Test and inspect fire alarm systems for existing and new customers • Document work performed using company tools and maintain clean work areas • Carry equipment up to 70 lb and work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or high‑lift equipment • Work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs
