About the Role
• Manage high‑volume lease transactions and deliver market advice to clients • Review lease documents, create summaries and perform due‑diligence analyses • Gather and evaluate market, demographic, and property data for client deliverables • Prepare commission invoices, track transactions in proprietary software, and update Excel‑based financial models • Develop offering materials and presentations for new business pursuits • Serve as technology champion for brokerage software and pitch tools • Collaborate with IPS, Lease Administration, and sales enablement teams on special projects • Build and maintain client relationships through regular meetings and conference calls • Lead transaction tracking, reporting, and portfolio data analysis

Benefits
The position is based on‑site in San Francisco, CA and offers an estimated salary range of $75,000 – $90,000 per year, subject to qualifications and market factors. This role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
