About the Role
• Analyze departmental activities to evaluate and enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Work performed around hazardous equipment. • Perform audit functions to ensure adherence to Qcells' safety standards. • Guide and participate in project kick-off and alignment meetings as necessary. • Uphold and enforce Qcells company policies for operations personnel across the organization. • Foster and maintain strong client relationships. • Review project schedules, provide feedback during initial planning, monitor adherence, and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct bid reviews, perform estimating, manage preconstruction activities, and carry out thorough site investigations. • Oversee training programs to ensure compliance with established methods and practices. • Lead team meetings over conference calls • Provide regular feedback and guidance to project leadership regarding resource management. • Ensure site teams adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations. • Provide consistent and exemplary leadership to ensure successful project delivery. • Support project site teams by ensuring thorough review of drawings and documentation prior to task commencement. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all contractual obligations for the project and document any variances. • Oversee the project craft plan, including labor, equipment and material & subcontractor selection, for all assigned solar projects. • Assess manpower requirements and execution plans across all disciplines. • Set clear expectations and hold site teams accountable for compliance with Qcells quality program. • Identify, interview, and hire key execution personnel, including Foremen, General Foremen, Superintendents, General Superintendents, and Site Managers.

What You Bring
• Experience dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.) • Proven track record in a leadership role on large projects • Demonstrated ability in managing utility-level power generation system install projects: development, planning, installation and execution • Communication skills • Excessive humidity, rain, etc. • Multi-tasking ability (prioritize, organize, schedule work) • Problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve) • Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc. • Conflict management skills • Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel, etc.) Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties. • Constructability Knowledge within disciplines such as Structural, Civil, Electrical, HV electrical, SCADA, BESS, • Able to walk or move continuosuly while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is recommended to get assistance to lift items over 50 lbs. Check with your project supervisor or project safety director. • Fluent in written and spoken English; other language skills are a plus • 7-10 years' experience in supervisory roles • Regular attendance, in accordance with the company’s attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position. • Minimum of 5 years of solar PV experience • Medium voltage experience, is preferred • Time reporting policies and procedures • Computer skills • Travel: is up to 75% as needed • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools • Requires repetitive movement • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience managing the performance of major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks or other utility-scale construction projects • Knowledge of company construction guides and manuals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • General understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, and electrical codes, as they relate to the construction of the project • Industrial relations knowledge for recognizing and resolving potential labor issues • Construction safety awareness and comprehension • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time • Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player
