About the Role
The Experience Services Concierge is the cornerstone of JLL’s client‑experience strategy. Acting as the primary face at reception, the role delivers genuine hospitality, manages visitor registration and supports seamless daily operations that reinforce client satisfaction and workplace community. • Serve as the welcoming face at reception, greeting employees and guests with genuine hospitality while managing visitor registration and compliance through client or landlord Visitor Management Systems (VMS) • Handle all internal and external communications including phone calls, correspondence, and voicemail monitoring while sharing relevant information with clients promptly • Manage conference and meeting room operations including booking assistance, room turnaround services, audio/visual setup, and ensuring all equipment and whiteboards are clean and functional • Oversee kitchen and break room maintenance including inventory management, restocking snacks and beverages, monitoring expiration dates, coordinating milk deliveries, and ensuring all machines operate properly • Coordinate comprehensive mail services including receipt and delivery organization, package distribution with recipient notifications, daily outgoing mail processing, FedEx label creation, and maintaining accurate mail logs • Provide administrative support and execute ad‑hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities Manager while anticipating client needs through careful observation • Act as a solution provider by directing teams, clients, and guests to appropriate points of contact when issues fall outside your direct responsibilities

What You Bring
The position requires a high‑school diploma or equivalent and solid customer‑service experience in hospitality or reception. Candidates should be proficient with visitor‑management and conference‑room booking systems, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure. Experience with inventory, mail handling, and basic safety procedures is also essential, with additional advantage given to those who have worked in corporate reception, facilities management, or have AV and vendor‑coordination exposure. • High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated customer service experience in hospitality, reception, or client‑facing roles • Proficiency in visitor management systems, conference room booking platforms, and standard office software applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle multiple phone lines and correspondence professionally • Experience with administrative tasks including inventory management, mail handling, and basic office operations • Ability to maintain composure and provide solutions under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Knowledge of emergency response procedures and commitment to maintaining safety and security protocols • Previous experience in corporate reception, hospitality services, or facilities management environments • Familiarity with audio/visual equipment setup and troubleshooting for conference room support • Basic understanding of building operations, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance processes • Experience with mail and courier services including shipping label creation and tracking systems • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in fast‑paced environments
