About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for routine caretaking and cleaning duties, reporting any repairs needed, and removing bulky waste from communal areas. You will act as a visible representative of Clarion, ensuring the cleanliness, safety and security of residents, and will need to travel between sites across Rugby using a company vehicle. • Perform routine caretaking and cleaning across estate communal areas. • Report repairs and coordinate maintenance actions. • Remove bulky waste items from shared spaces. • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security for residents. • Act as a visible Clarion representative within the neighbourhood. • Travel between multiple sites in Rugby using a company vehicle. • Commit to a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with flexible 36‑hour weekly schedule.
