About the Role
• Provide strategic environmental leadership and foster a world‑class compliance culture. • Ensure adherence to environmental commitments, permits, and ISO 14001 standards. • Drive sustainability performance and continuous improvement across project teams and Tier 1 contractors. • Build strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders to maintain compliance. • Manage site environmental activities, inspections, and KPI reporting for performance improvement. • Lead investigations, optimise processes, and ensure quality standards are met. • Oversee team development, resource planning, and budget for environmental monitoring. • Influence supply‑chain performance and promote feedback for continuous improvement. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment where wellbeing is a priority. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.
