About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily at The Jaunt is responsible for providing maintenance support and ensuring the delivery of quality move‑in experiences, resident satisfaction, and timely service. This role responds to resident service requests and helps Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments by painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping, as well as completing resident service requests promptly. The supervisor must be knowledgeable in plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical work, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life‑safety issues, while maintaining grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks in a clean and safe condition. Additional responsibilities involve performing on‑call emergency procedures, reporting maintenance issues that affect the budget, scheduling and documenting preventative maintenance, and staying compliant with state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies. Participation in required training programs and providing professional, customer‑focused service are also expected. • Prepare move‑in apartments: paint, carpet clean/repair, general repairs, housekeeping. • Complete resident service requests promptly. • Perform maintenance on plumbing, pools, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, and snow removal. • Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks clean and safe. • Respond to on‑call emergencies and report budget‑impacting maintenance issues. • Schedule and record preventative maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with housing codes, safety policies, and required training. • Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally. • Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday as needed.

What You Bring

The position requires the ability to work any shift from Sunday to Saturday, safe use of cleaning agents and equipment, basic mathematical skills, a valid driver’s license, and, when required by local regulations, a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. EPA 608 Type II certification is mandatory, and all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies must be followed. Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED, or trade/technical/vocational education and at least three years of related experience. Required certifications include EPA 608 Type II or an equivalent CPO or local city certificate. The work environment combines a professional office setting with regular travel between properties, often in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include climbing stairs, standing or sitting for up to 85% of the time, lifting up to 100 pounds, and traveling up to 10% of work time. • Hold a valid driver’s license; obtain EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification when required. • Minimum 3 years related experience and high school diploma or trade/technical education. • Ability to lift/move up to 100 lb and travel between properties up to 10% of time.
