About the Role

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, in-person) to assess qualifications and cultural fit. • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions. • Manage interview process logistics, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. • Facilitate offer negotiations, manage background and reference checks, and support onboarding for new hires. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. • Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting company culture and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Continuously improve recruitment strategies by staying current on trends, best practices, and technology, tracking metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers—while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, is proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software, and possesses deep knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliant hiring. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills are essential, along with excellent organization, time‑management, problem‑solving abilities, and a data‑driven approach to recruitment.
