About the Role
• Participate in project hand‑off with pre‑construction team. • Prepare and track deliverables: submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules, close‑out documents. • Develop and maintain project schedules. • Establish and manage project budgets for successful financial outcomes. • Manage construction activities, including coordination, layout, manpower allocation, and conflict resolution. • Perform detailed itemized take‑offs. • Create, manage, and negotiate project scope change proposals. • Create, manage, and track RFIs. • Ensure compliance with company safety and productivity policies. • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams to meet project goals. • Work in the Justin, TX office Monday‑Friday, with up to 50% travel to project sites nationwide.

What You Bring
We're seeking a Project Manager skilled in planning, manpower forecasting, and budget management to collaborate directly with clients and ensure top-tier safety and quality compliance. Your expertise will drive project success, timely completion, and adherence to industry standards. The role requires at least two years of experience managing projects in the electrical construction industry, with extensive knowledge of commercial electrical materials and equipment. Candidates should have previous field experience in the electrical trade, be able to travel nationwide on short notice, and possess intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office skills. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software, a clean background check, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with conduct and appearance standards are also required. A journeyman or master’s license is preferred, as is experience managing remodels or retrofits for big‑box retail customers. These qualifications further strengthen a candidate’s suitability for the position. • Travel may be required at any time to various U.S. locations.

Benefits
