What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil engineering experience in Land Development, a Bachelor’s degree, a PE license, extensive client contacts, and proven business‑development and project‑management skills. Strong communication, leadership, and technical abilities—including AutoCAD Civil3D—are essential.
