About the Role

In this role you will define and execute the vision for the Power Delivery practice, develop strong client relationships, and drive business development. You will supervise design projects, review and develop design documents and reports, prepare specifications, cost estimates, and proposals, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a high‑performing team, manage profitability and resources, and uphold integrity and operational excellence. • Lead business development to win work from new and existing clients. • Provide high-quality, profitable service. • Contribute to staff professional development. • Receive comprehensive support in accounting, administration, marketing, recruiting, IT, and production.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in Power Delivery, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and a state Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. They should possess deep knowledge of relevant standards, extensive client contacts, proven business development and proposal writing skills, and a record of profitable project management. Strong communication, leadership, and willingness to travel are required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
