About the Role
The Program Analyst / Project Coordinator will support sector leads by creating tools that drive data insights, developing internal communication materials, and handling administrative duties such as travel coordination, calendar scheduling, and expense reporting. The role also involves assisting in the preparation of business plans, business development reports, and senior‑level presentations. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and budget reports, maintaining up‑to‑date meeting materials, organizing meetings and travel logistics, monitoring Salesforce data integrity, and generating reports for the business development team. The analyst will research improvements for proposal materials, plan and schedule the production of proposals and client presentations, provide administrative guidance to proposal teams, and collaborate with the Marketing & Events group on event planning and sponsorships. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and budget reports for management. • Maintain and update standard materials required for internal and client meetings. • Organize meetings, manage correspondence, and coordinate travel and expense reporting. • Monitor Salesforce to ensure data integrity and generate reports for business development. • Research and recommend improvements for proposal and presentation materials. • Plan and schedule production of proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations. • Provide administrative guidance to proposal teams and develop resource plans for timely responses. • Collaborate with Marketing & Events to organize events, sponsorships, and related messaging. • Assist in developing internal reports, budgeting, and preparation of business plans and development reports.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold at least an Associate Degree in Business and have 8+ years of administrative experience, preferably within the specialty area. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of relevant experience and at least 3 years in financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. No security clearance is required for this position. • Require at least an Associate Degree in Business and 8+ years of administrative experience (or a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience and 3+ years in financial reporting).
