About the Role
In this role you will work inside a Home Depot store as a sales specialist focused on professional painting contractors. You will meet and build relationships with local pros, assist them in selecting the right products, mix paint, provide any needed tools, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout so they can return to their jobs quickly. Your daily tasks include pulling and tinting orders, entering new leads into Salesforce, and collaborating with Behr’s outside sales representatives as well as Home Depot staff. The job may require occasional lifting of up to 75 lb and will rely on your outgoing personality to initiate conversations with contractors. • Deliver friendly, organized assistance to professional painting contractors. • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors visiting the Home Depot Pro Desk. • Pull, tint, and mix paint orders while handling up to 75 lb loads. • Collaborate with Behr outside sales representatives and Home Depot staff. • Record leads and contacts in Salesforce CRM. • Apply bilingual communication skills when needed (optional).

What You Bring
To thrive as a Pro Paint Specialist, you must be approachable, organized, and genuinely interested in helping our customers. Basic computer skills are required to use our customer management software. No prior paint or sales experience is needed because we will provide full training, making this an ideal entry point for launching a career. We are looking for candidates with an outgoing personality, strong collaboration skills, and basic computer proficiency. Bilingual ability is a bonus, and a high school diploma or GED is required for all positions. • Utilize basic computer skills; prior experience is a plus. • Meet the requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
