Business Support Coordinator

About the Role

• Provide internal support to Field Services and Operations team. • Manage and track various service requests from customers. • Collaborate with local Service Managers to optimise workforce planning. • Meet and report on service level KPIs. • Apply prior experience in workforce planning. • Handle large workloads calmly and prioritize competing tasks. • Work autonomously or as part of a team, ensuring attention to detail and deadline adherence. • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
